We understand delays happen, but your safety and understanding of Shine Fitness Studio and classes is critical.
First timers - Please arrive 10 minutes early to receive a tour and introduction to the studio and
the classes and communicate any preexisting injuries.
Student who arrive 10+ minutes after class start time will not be admitted to class. The late cancel/no show policy will be enforced for students not
admitted to class. Proper warm-up is a REQUIREMENT for every class to prevent possible injuries. No refunds issued for denied entry.
Shine Fitness Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. No REFUNDS issued for students asked to leave due to non-compliance.
Introductory offers No refunds for unused classes and no extensions. Please consider and review the terms before purchasing.
Memberships require an agreement of 3 months (4-16 passes) or 6 months (unlimited) and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your membership will auto-renew for an additional term of 3-6 months after the commitment has expired unless written notice is given to Shine Fitness Studio 15 days prior to the renewal. Early termination information can be found in your Shine Membership Agreement. Notice may be sent to frontdesk@shinefitnessstudio.com.
Unworn apparel and unused products may be returned for credit or exchanges. We do not offer refunds for apparel or products.
Private lessons are non-refundable but may be transferred. Private lessons expire 1 year after the purchased date.
Private Parties You may reschedule your celebration for up to 14 days in advance. Celebrations canceled 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Celebrations canceled less than 30 days prior to the event will receive a partial refund of 50% less the $50 cancellation fee. Celebrations canceled less than 24 hours prior to the event will not receive a refund and a 15% gratuity will automatically be applied to the card on file.
Unsupervised practice by students is strictly prohibited. Proper mastery of basic skills is required prior to progressing to more advanced skills that require more strength, control, height, and endurance, regardless of the level of current fitness or previous training.
New skills must be practiced and successfully executed at ground level with instructor approval before attempting them aerially. Students are strictly prohibited from attempting anything without proper instruction. Test outs may be required to move to the next level. Check with your instructor for more information.
This includes anything seen on social media, in another Shine Fitness Studio class, or at another aerial/pole studio. If you are interested in learning the skill, please notify an instructor. The instructor may evaluate the skill, determine the level of difficulty, and prepare to break it down for proper basic instruction as deemed appropriate.
Safety equipment is REQUIRED:
- Pole Fitness: Participants must use crash mats for any new inverted moves until cleared by the instructor.
- Aerial Apparatuses: MUST USE FLOOR MATS AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additional mats should be used based on the level of difficulty, age of student and risk.
Students are prohibited from assisting with equipment set-up or tear down for their own safety and liability. Equipment should be used as intended and cared for properly. Equipment damage by students may result in replacement fees as determined by Shine Fitness Studio.
Alcohol and Drug consumption is strictly prohibited. Students and private party participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while training or participating in any activities. This includes prescription or over-the-counter medications that might alter the ability to focus or concentrate. No refunds issued for students or party participants asked not to participate.
